“Painter” series
An Artists’ practice is in constant flux and there are abundant external demands existent to create distraction and anxiety. The latent friction attributable to the cyclic aspect of these distractions is palpable. Exquisite natural views appear, ever changing, as interactive activity goes on continually and repetitively appearing to make the individuals unaware of the passing views and only seemingly aware of their own individual activity, the backgrounds and figures each a metaphor for more potentially intimate life experiences.
